Apple Inc. sued Amazon.com Inc. over its use of the phrase “App Store” accusing the online retailer of trademark infringement.
Ok … so if I trademarked “Hardware Store” then what?
I could see if Apple protested Amazon.com starting an “Apple App Store” as part of its online sales but … geez.
Am pretty sure that this falls under the category of frivolous and hope that the court sees it that way.

Steve Jobs is over-reaching. Hope this sort of petty nonsense isn;t because they’ve got nothing new to sell
