  1. I dunno… I’m typically against outlawing activities in general (obvious crimes against others – murder, rape, etc – excluded), and gambling seems to help economies more than it hurts them.

    Sure, someone’s always going to have a sob story, but even Taxi Driver supposedly influenced somebody to take a shot at a President. Legislating for the exception is, in my mind, an immature thing to do. Enough of the babysitter state.
